I went to hiking at Pak Lap and discover suspected unauthorized development. Some people make a traffic lane from Man Yee Road to Pak Lap lowland with a cement. I have a concept that which is illegal work because where is country park area. I saw a site in Pak Lap. A new building is working. Then I understaood what are they doing.
Next day, I phone to Pak Tam Chung country park centre and compliant that case to the Park Ranger. After, send a email to him with a photos.
Some people went to Pak Lap and discover large area of land cleaning in Pak Lap lowland. This news is discuss on the web by green people .
Some green party visit the site.
Rudiment, the land cleaning area is under private land area. But the traffic road sure is illegal when passing a car.

Due to I'm one of complainer of this case before. I contact AFCD Pak Tam Chung country park center Mr. Lee who is Park Ranger and asked him about this case.
He said that he discover one bolland was broken at 23APR2009 evening. When he know the news. He went to the site and check that what's happen. But all excavator already go down to the site.
Due to one bolland was broken which is involve criminal destory. 24APR2009 morning, he call police to follow the case. The file no. of the SK police station is RN09003736.
On the site where have two small trucks, blue truck GR7222 without a valid road permit, yellow truck GB3161 passed Pak Tam Chung gate on 22APR2009 by the record and this car holds the enter permit of Home Affairs Bureau., the permits issued to the villagers.
That will be report to CID by AFCD Mr. Lee(He is Park Ranger of Pak Tam Chung office).

Continued above; after government negotiations, the initial incident to be resolved.
1. The Government will not open the illegal road.
2. If there is any government department catch driving at here, will be charge with according to law.
3.AFCD will be repair the bollards at the entrance of Man Yrr Road and seedlings planted at the junction.
4. Villager on private land within the scope of dragged and filling, did not violate existing law.
